We have made returns simple for you. If your product was received within the past 30 days and it is in new, unopened condition (unless it was defective upon arrival), follow the steps below for a return.
Do not send back an item without being directed to do so by our staff! You must first request a return on the specific item to begin the return process.

- If you did not create an account at the time of your purchase, you will not be able to complete the following steps. To create a return, please Contact Us.
- Log into “Your Account” on the right side of the screen.
- Under “Your Cart”, on the right side of the screen, click on “Order history”.
- Search for the order during which you purchased the item that you want to return.
- Click on the order number to open the “Order details” page.
- Click on “Create Return”, at the top of the page.
- Click the checkbox next to the products that you wish to request a return for. Select a reason for returning, what you would like us to do and type a detailed but brief comment describing your return.
- Our store staff will contact you by email as soon as they get to your request with further instruction. You can check on the status of a return by clicking “Return History” under “Your Cart” on the right side of the screen, and searching for your return request.
